I may have found a way for making my days more productive. Out of the blue I played some Bach today, then switched to some violin concerts and a sudden streak of energy started flowing through my body and mind.
Even though I, as usual, got up very late, in few hours I managed to finish some things I've been postponing for quite a while, and some people were depending on me.
Good mood brought few other decisions, some put in effect as of today, some yet to be put in effect.
First one is keeping up with how I start my day, I wish every day would be like this.
Second one... ehh, those that know me personally will laugh their asses off - I've started running today. My condition sucks and this first day was pathetic. I've chosen a running program which basically comes down to lots of fast walking and short running breaks in between and over weeks running time should gradually increase. Every beginning is hard, but after the second one minute round of running, when I started feeling drops of sweat running down my back and belly, I felt content and happy. The feeling carried on even on the way back home with tremble and buzz in my legs that haven't ran for years (except for buses).
What's definite, my good habit of walking a lot, far and swift is NOTHING compared to running or any other more serious physical activity. I can walk for hours, tens of kilometers but I can't run for longer than a minute. For those that know of this habit of mine and in a way admire it... think about your body for a moment, it may look strong and healthy, but, believe me, it's not.
Plan for tomorrow is only a serious walk and some exercise, then on Monday - I run again. Hopefully I'll stay on track and keep up with this, even with worse weather and cold coming to our city.
